Our 65sqm plans comply with Auckland Councils minor dwelling regulations, and can be designed with 1 or 2 bedrooms. For those seeking more space, our larger plans comfortably house 2-3 bedrooms and comply with Waikato District Council regulations for 120sqm minor dwellings.
