Minor Dwelling Rules
Councils around NZ allow for minor dwellings to be constructed within permitted zones depending on property size. If your property is in one of these zones you may be permitted to construct a minor dwelling or apply for a Resource Consent to construct a minor dwelling.

Studio Two offers a spacious 2 bedroom home, making it an excellent choice for families or those planning to use it as their main residence or a minor dwelling in the Waikato District.

Deluxe Three
If you're looking for a larger family home with 3 bedrooms, Deluxe Three is your best bet. It retains all the great benefits of our other designs while offering additional space and storage.
Deluxe Detached
If you have, or are looking to utilise more space and create some separation between your dwelling and shed, this design is for you. A 3 or 4 bedroom dwelling with 2 bathrooms, separate laundry, office and spacious kitchen/dining/living area is connected to your new shed by a double bay carport giving you sheltered parking, leaving you with more quality shed space.
Deluxe Grande
This concept is an example of a high end primary dwelling and shed. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces over 2 levels including a mezzanine floor overlooking the lower living area and a viewing window overlooking your classic car collection in the shed.
